Register today for Carer Expo 2012 by completing this form and sending a non-refundable check for $150 (for-profit employers), $75 (government agencies), or $50 (non-profit organizations) to the address below.  The fee also includes lunch from 12:30 p.m - 2:00pm.  Employers have the option to sponsor the event at $500 for a Gold Sponsor and $250 for a Silver Sponsor.
