Memorial Day 2013 - Disc Golf Tournament

CSM Kirtchen Scholarship and NUSVO

NUSVOProceeds from the tournament will benefit the CSM Kirtchen Scholarship and NUSVO. The mission of the NUSVO is to help returning Veterans acclimate themselves to civilian and student life. The CSM Kirtchen Scholarship help assist Veterans whose veterans benefits do not cover 100% of their education.

Entry Fees

 US $20 - NU Students, Faculty, & Staff
US $25 - Recreation Division
US $35 - Advanced Division
US $45 - Open Division

Player Packets

 Available for pick-up on the day of the tournament only. Packets will be available starting at 9am during registration

Awards

 ◂Cash Prizes awarded to 50% of Open registrants based off $25.00 of entry fee.
◂Cash Prizes awarded to 50% of Advanced registrants based off $15.00 of entry fee
◂Trophies for top 3 of Recreation and NU affiliates combined.
◂Challenge Coin to First Place only of all 3 divisions.

Benfits

 ◂Commemorative purple innova disc for all registered players
◂Each participant will receive a dog tag with the name of a fallen hero of New York to play for

◂Online Registrations must be paid by credit card

In consideration of acceptance of my entry I hereby agree not to make any claims for damages, injuries, or losses I may suffer while participating in this activity. I understand that this includes claims against Niagara University/ tournament directors, sponsors and any other individuals, groups, or organizations associated with the production of this activity.

Pre-registering guarantees you a spot in the tournament, taking away the spot from another competitor. If you are unable to attend the event the tournament director needs to know three weeks prior to the event in order obtain a refund of your registration. This advanced notification is required to secure the newly opened slot.
