Niagara University - Customer Service Registration

Please sign up for the Excellence in Customer Service online course below.  The cost per person is $129.00 and this will provide you with unlimited access for up to 2 weeks.  An email will be sent to you with the link to the site once a credit card payment has been accepted.  You will then be required to create a personal username and password to access the site. After 2 weeks, your username and password will no longer be active. Once you sign up, you will be able to download a PDF file of the program.
